Job Announcement: Guest Office – Accommodation, Catering, and Transport Coordinator

We are looking for a young talent with strong organizational skills for the MOLDOX Festival.

We are seeking an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Guest Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the presence and logistics of guests, teams, and workshop participants.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Romanian
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in event management
  • Passion for cinema
  • Flexibility and adaptability regarding changing priorities
  • Diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying accommodation options in Cahul
  • Communicating with hotels and local establishments for catering before, during, and after the festival
  • Creating a list of individuals for accommodation, catering, and transport in collaboration with the project assistant
  • Sending welcome messages to guests and guiding them through the city with the volunteer team
  • Communicating with international guests and arranging their travel to Moldova
  • Providing informational support on transportation for international guests
  • Preparing promotional materials (festival kits) for guests and distributing them
  • Planning the menu in advance and monitoring timely food service throughout the project, as well as the number of portions per day
  • Planning the route of the tour and organizing the excursion through the regions of Cahul for guests and communicating with them about it
  • Resolving accommodation and catering issues during the festival in collaboration with the executive director
