Apply for the EXPLORATION workshop @MOLDOX Lab 2020!

Exploration workshop invites all young people from Cahul, as well as from the entire country, to contribute to social change in their communities through documentary film, within the workshop, during 5 days, in the period of September 9-13, 2020. The course is very intense, but it is a wonderful challenge!

Theory is important, but practice is just as important. Together with the workshop tutors, you will learn the basics of filming equipment, editing programs and documentary filmmaking and you will immediately plunge into making your own short documentary film. It’s a workshop in which your participation is important. This year, due to the global situation and safety reasons, participants will not be allowed to go filming outside, but will learn how to create a film in a creative place, outside the town of Cahul. Under the guidance of Nora Agapi, the short documentaries will be created with images taken in the proximity of the work space, as well as with images from personal archives, with themselves and their dear ones, in their daily activities and in discussions on different subjects, starting with the problems in their communities and continuing with the ideas and concepts about the world.

In a very short time you will learn a lot not only about the filmmaking process, but also about yourself, your limits, your power of persuasion, how to communicate with people and how to be resourceful and inquisitive while shooting your impactful film.
