Manifesto

Composed entirely of videos posted on social media by Russian children and teenagers, Manifesto paints a dark mosaic of how militarism and authoritarianism is instilled into Russian citizens from an early age. Innocent morning rituals on YouTube and TikTok gradually lead to footage of panicking young people fleeing school shooters. Cumulatively disturbing, and culminating in a horrifying ending, we see how aggression and oppression are unwittingly passed on from one generation to the next.
